What Is Company Registration?
Company registration is the legal process of creating a business as a separate legal entity under the Companies Act, 2013. After registration, the company gets its own name, its own PAN, and its own identity. It can own property, sign contracts, open bank accounts, and take loans in its own name. The owners are not personally liable for company debts beyond their share capital.
Registration is done with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) through the Registrar of Companies (ROC). You receive a Certificate of Incorporation with a Corporate Identification Number (CIN) once the process is complete.
CA Arpit Gupta helps you complete the full registration, from choosing the right type of company to getting your certificate, PAN, TAN, and bank account support.

- Better trust with customers, vendors, and government departments
